Invest Atlanta offers down payment assistance to homebuyers looking to reside inside the City limits of Atlanta, which can be used for down payment and/or closing cost.  Requirements include attending a mandatory Q&A session and enrolling in a Participating Homebuyer education course.  Applicants must also meet income eligibility requirements and use one of our Active Participating Lenders and Approved Closing Attorneys.  Applicants must contribute $1,500 of their own funds and may not have ownership interest in any other property at the time of closing.   Our DPA can be layered with other approved agencies.
