Company Description

We are a community-centric development group that aims to create catalytic place-based projects that promote community well-being and creating empowerment opportunities. By strategically aligning socially responsible property owners with grassroots program partners and community-focused capital, our developments are a vehicle for both organizational growth and community benefit.

Founded in 2017 to see if real estate developments could be done “differently”, Good Places supports churches, nonprofit community organizations, and mission-minded individuals to first reimagine and then redevelop their real estate assets to drive long-term organizational sustainability as well as community flourishing, through affordability, functionality, and integrated-values alignment.
