This class will cover mortgages, credit, home inspections, insurance, down payment assistance, and fair housing. Upon completing the workshop, you will earn a certificate of completion and eligibility to participate in Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs from state, county DPA programs, and some lenders.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CO: APPLICANTS:  If you plan to apply to a with a partner with or a family member as a co-applicant, BOTH parties MUST register for the webinar and log in from two different devices.  The recommendation would be to mute one on device if you are taking the class together.
