HouseProud seeks to provide critical, no-cost repairs for low-income seniors and/or veteran homeowners living in metro Atlanta, with the mission of keeping them ‘warm, safe and dry’ in their homes.  Typical repairs would include roof repair/replacement plumbing repair, handrail installation, heating and air repair/replacement, electrical repair and more.  All repairs are designed to help the homeowner age-in-place and remain comfortable in their homes.

We utilized volunteers from sponsors that participate in community impact days, where we paint the exterior of senior homes, landscaping and minor repairs on handrails, ramp etc.

HouseProud partners with other agencies to offer wrap around services to help assist with raising property taxes, code enforcement, generational wealth and referrals for assistance.
